Log in
The quickest way to log into your Podbean dashboard is by clicking the “Login” tab on
www.podbean.com. You will be re-directed to the “Log in” page where you will be asked to enter your email and password.
Edit Podcast Title, Logo, Description and Category
After logging into your Podbean dashboard, click the “Settings” icon. In the “Settings”->”General” page, you can edit the Channel title, Channel category, and Brief description sections. You may also set your Podcast logo by uploading your own logo.
After completing these changes, don’t forget to click the “Update Options” button at the bottom right of the page to save everything you’ve just updated.
Select a Podcast Site Theme
Click on “Layout” to view different theme options. You will be offered a variety of choices so you can select your favorite. After clicking on your choice, go to “View site” where you will see the new theme has been applied to your site. Click the “Back” button on your browser to return to the Podbean Dashboard.
Publish a New Podcast Episode
It is easy to publish a new podcast episode in Podbean.com. Publish your audio/video in the “Publish” ->”Episodes” page in Podbean dashboard by clicking the “Publish New Episode” button. There you can choose to publish a text podcast or media podcast. You can also choose to upload the media file first or select the media file that has been uploaded in the “Media Manager” page in your Podbean account. Here we take the “Select from account” method for example.
Then select the media that you have uploaded from the “Select from account” drop down menu. It will show the file type and duration of the selected media automatically.
Click the ‘Publish’ tab at the bottom of this page.
